The Martinez's family home base is up in the mountains of south Mexico, in Chiapas state, in a small town called Ixtapa – a three hour drive to the Guatemalan border.
Chiapas has mountainous highlands and dense rainforest which are dotted with Mayan archaeological sites and Spanish colonial towns. The colonial city of San Cristóbal de las Casas is not far from Ixtapa.
Millions in Mexico are still waiting for their first Bible.
The Martinez family ordered a trailer full of 13,150 Bibles,
150,000 books of John and Romans and 1 million tracts.
The trailer arrived on Tuesday (August 4,2026), and was unloaded
in 2 hours!
Over 100 boxes were handed to the pastors Ulises trained,
and other local pastors in Chiapas.

It is an amazing group effort, and their goal is that by the end of August, the churches that have received the boxes, will have no more of this material in their possession!
Please pray that the Word will get out, and that many souls
will come to faith. During the first three days of outreach, 80 souls have come
to faith.
Pastor Ulisses and his team provide pastors, evangelists, and servants of God with Bibles and gospel literature, including tracts and the books of John and Romans, so they can reach the people in the areas they already serve.
Every pastor and evangelist will be equipped to become a lasting channel for the Word, carrying Scripture far beyond where a team can reach in a single month.
The Martinez family and their teams are reaching about a 200 km radius with the Gospel (see map with the blue dot).
This August (2026) teams will carry up to 40,000
Bibles across the country: into open hands, into hearts that have
waited, into families who will finally read the words of eternal life for
themselves.
The men and women travel to urban and rural communities, delivering each Bible directly and personally throughout the month of August. A real person, with a name and a family, holds God's Word in their hands. It will be a moment they never forget.
"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."
Psalm 119:105 NKJV
